Clerk of Council

The clerk of council is appointed by a majority of council members at the first or second meeting in January at the start of each Council term and serves at the pleasure of council. Responsibilities include managing the council office, attending all council meetings, documenting all official council action taken at those meetings, as well as posting and serving notices required by law.
