Group Cycling is a stationary cycling workout designed by our certified instructors. Each class will take you on a visual bike ride, complete with music to keep you motivated. Don't forget to bring 2 water bottles and a towel.

Group Exercise classes are held in our open, airy studios, and taught by certified group exercise instructors who are guaranteed to keep you motivated.
Multi-Purpose Room
Pick the pass that's right for you, check in at the front desk:
  • Daily Pop-In: $5 for members and $10 for residents
  • Monthly Rate: $55 for members and $75 for residents
    • Good for 30 days from date of purchase
  • Seasonal Pass: $155 for members and $240 for residents
    • Good for 4 months from date of purchase
  • 6 Month Pass: $200 for members only
    • Good for 6 months from date of purchase
Members must keep their membership current to continue to use their group exercise pass.
Group Cycling Guidelines
  • Passes or pop-ins must be paid for prior to attendance in any class.
  • Space is limited, bikes are available on a first come first served basis.
  • A number is required for entry into all classes.
  • Classes are subject to change, and may be cancelled due to low attendance.
