How Do I...
Our 3-lane, oval track is 1/12 of a mile, and is covered in synthetic, rubberized material to facilitate running, walking, and jogging.
The track is open year round for use.
Indoor Track Guidelines
You must be at least 13 years old to use the track.
Individuals 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult or parent.
There are 3 lanes on the track; the inside lane is for jogging, the middle lane is for passing and the outer lane is for walking.
Do not walk side-by-side during peak hours.
Strollers are not permitted on the indoor track.
Please do not stand at the rail and watch activities in the gym below.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to use the equipment on the track.
