Indoor Track

Our 3-lane, oval track is 1/12 of a mile, and is covered in synthetic, rubberized material to facilitate running, walking, and jogging.

The track is open year round for use. 
Indoor Track Guidelines
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the track.
  • Individuals 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult or parent.
  • There are 3 lanes on the track; the inside lane is for jogging, the middle lane is for passing and the outer lane is for walking.
  • Do not walk side-by-side during peak hours.
  • Strollers are not permitted on the indoor track.
  • Please do not stand at the rail and watch activities in the gym below.
  • Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to use the equipment on the track.
