    Take Charge of Your Health is a self-management program developed by Stanford University. People who participated in this series of classes have improved both their healthful behaviors, health status and decreased their days in the hospital. The six-week course will be taught by Director, Lydia Gadd and Program Planner, Jennifer Yoo. Each participant will receive a book and a CD. Light refreshments served at each class. Limited to 15 people. RSVP by 9/6.

Through his philanthropic work, his personal commitments and the stories of our supporters, Alex speaks to audiences around the world about the importance of keeping a promise. He is a four-time TEDxTalk speaker. We will view and discuss two of his TED Talks: "What All great Superheroes have in Common" (commitment) and "Altruism is Not Enough."
