To determine what ward your address falls into and the council representative for that ward, please visit the Westlake city ward map. Please refer to Article III, Section 3(c) of the Westlake Charter for more information on re-dividing the city into wards.

Council Clerk

Clerk of Council Susan J. Prehoda has been with the city of Westlake since December 7, 1995, and first received the distinction of Certified Municipal Clerk on October 29, 1998. The clerk of council is responsible for managing the council office, attends all council meetings and documents all official council action taken at those meetings.

Appointed by a majority of council members at the first or second meeting in January at the start of each Council term beginning January 2010 (See Ordinance 2008-8).
