Father/Daughter Valentine's Day Dance (ages 3-10)
Dance the night away with your little princess. This is a great chance for Dad to spend time with his daughter(s). Snacks and punch will be provided. Each couple will receive a photo memento of this evening. Join us for a "sweet" time! Deadline to register is Jan. 31 or when max of 100 is reached. This event will take place on Friday, Feb. 3, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Cost is $15 per member couple and $20 per resident couple.
Pre-School Beach Party (ages 3- 5)
Come beat the winter blues and have some fun with your friends in the tot pool! We will play pool games, splash and swim, make a craft and enjoy a light snack. Pre-registration is required. This event will take place on Friday, Feb. 17, from 10 - 11:30 a.m. Cost is $4 for members and $8 for residents.
Ultimate After Hours Bash (Grades 5-6)
The return of the popular after hours fun time. We close the doors and stay open late for these special events for gym time, swimming, games and pizza. Participants must remain in the building until 10:30 p.m. Open to members or children who live or go to school in Westlake with proper ID. Food and drink will be provided. This event will take place on Friday, Jan. 20, from 8:30 - 10:30 p.m. and on Friday, Feb. 10, from 8:30 - 10:30 p.m.
4th Annual Cardboard Boat Races
Grab a friend and build a boat out of ONLY cardboard and packing tape that is capable of holding you and your friend. Then, bring your boat to the Aquatics Center for the 4th Annual Cardboard Boat Race! There will be three different categories: First Mate (ages 7-9), Skipper (ages 10-12) and Admiral (ages 13 and up).
This event will take place on Friday, March 16, from 7 - 8:30 p.m.

Presidents' Day Beach Party
No school on February 20th! What a great day to have a beach party! Music, games (including the famous Big Kahuna Cannonball Classic) prizes and more! This event will take place on February 20, from 12:30 - 3 p.m. Cost is $3 for members, $6 for residents and $9 for non-residents.
Easter Water Carnival
This family event is sure to bring excitement to all boys and girls just before the big Easter weekend. Come play your favorite carnival games in the Aquatics Center! There will be a duck pond, ring toss, corn hole, putt-putt and much more! Bring your cameras because the Easter Bunny will be making a special stop at the Recreation Center! This event will take place on Friday, March 30, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. Cost is $3 for members, $6 for residents and $9 for non-residents.
Spring Break Day Camp (grades K-6)
Enjoy your spring break at the Recreation Center one day at a time or join us for the week! This camp is designed to keep the kids entertained with games, swimming, art projects and other fun stuff (in a supervised setting). Children will need to bring a brown bag lunch, a towel and swimsuit. An afternoon snack will be provided. This camp will take place April 9 - 13, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Cost per day is $35 for members, $50 for residents and $60 for non-residents. Weekly cost: $130 for members, $150 for residents and $170 for non-residents.
Bloodmobile
The American Red Cross will be sponsoring a Blood Drive at the Westlake Recreation Center. Last blood donor will be processed no later than 6:45 p.m. You must be 17 or older and weigh at least 105 pounds to be eligible to donate blood.
