RECREATION CENTER – The D.E.N. Youth Fitness Room
Weight Machine
The D.E.N. is Westlake Recreation Center's youth fitness room Dedicated to Exercise and Nutrition. The D.E.N. has adult instructors available at all times, and features weight resistance machines and free weights designated especially for younger bodies. Members 10 – 14 years old are welcome to work out in this kids only room after successfully completing the D.E.N. Intro.
D.E.N. GUIDELINES
Presentation of D.E.N. membership card upon entrance.
Proper attire required: shirts, shorts and athletic shoes.
No bathing suits, sandals, flip flops, jeans or jean shorts.
Youth must take an introductory course before using the DEN.
