Group Cycling is a stationary cycling workout designed by our certified instructors. Each class will take you on a visual bike ride, complete with music to keep you motivated.  Don't forget to bring two water bottles and a towel.


Group Exercise classes are held in our open, airy studios, and taught by certified group exercise instructors who are guaranteed to keep you motivated.



Pick the Pass That's Right for You!  Check in at the front desk. 

1. Daily Pop-In:  Members $5 or Residents $10.

2. Monthly Rate:  $55 for members and $75 for residents. (good for 30 days from date of purchase).

3. Seasonal Pass:  $155 for members and $240 for residents. (Good for 4 months from date of purchase.

4. Six Month Pass:  $200 for members only.  Pass is good for 6 months from date of purchase. 

*Members must keep their membership current to continue to use their group exercise pass.


Group Cycling Studio

Passes or pop-ins must be paid for prior to attendance in any class.
Space is limited, bikes are available on a first come first served basis.

A number is required for entry into all classes.

Classes are subject to change, and may be cancelled due to low attendance.
