Spinning is a stationary cycling workout designed by our certified instructors. Each class will take you on a visual bike ride, complete with music to keep you motivated. Don't forget to bring two water bottles and a towel.
Group Exercise classes are held in our open, airy studios, and taught by certified group exercise instructors who are guaranteed to keep you motivated.
1. Daily Pop-In: Members $5 or Residents $10.
2. Monthly Rate: $55 for members and $75 for residents. (good for 30 days from date of purchase).
3. Seasonal Pass: $155 for members and $240 for residents. (Good for 4 months from date of purchase.
4. Six Month Pass: $200 for members only. Pass is good for 6 months from date of purchase.
*Members must keep their membership current to continue to use their group exercise pass.
Passes or pop-ins must be paid for prior to attendance in any class.
Space is limited, bikes are available on a first come first served basis.
A number is required for entry into all classes.
Classes are subject to change, and may be cancelled due to low attendance.
