The Seasonal, Monthly and Fitness Pop-In rates are available for the following classes:
Will be held on the first Sunday of the month. A heart rate monitor is strongly recommended. Class lasts 1 1/2 hours.
Class size is limited to 14 bikes; pop in 30 minutes prior at the front desk; bring 2 water bottles and towels. .
Ride for 40 minutes and finish up with 20 minutes on weights.
Spin for 45 minutes and finish up with a great abdominal workout!
Test your spinning skills with this combination of riding and weight training/resistance intervals with various exercise equipment.
This class is held on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Each workout is designed to simulate the efforts of Tour Riders. Profiles will replicate stages of the Tour in our spinning studio. It's a great way to put a different twist on your workouts.

This class is for the experienced student who would like to take their practice to the next level. Explore and deepen your practice with powerful heat building poses connected with breath awareness as you build strength, flexibility, focus and endurance.
Workouts will challenge you with 45 minutes of strength training and 45 minutes of cardio. Burn calories, tone up and have a blast!
A great class to tone and strengthen all of your muscles. Body bars, stretch bands, flexaballs, dumbbells, and your own body will be used as resistance. Come to this class for a great total body workout.
Increase your endurance, strength, balance and coordination by using the BOSU balls (BOSU stands for both sides up). A great way to mix it up and combine all your workouts into one great class.
If you want to shake it and let loose while burning calories, this is the class to join! Energetic and FUNky dance combinations that will train the body while "bustin' a move."

This class combines yoga poses and pilates strengthening exercises into one class. It's relaxing yet challenging!

Group Exercise Studio

Multi-Purpose Room
Spinning is a stationary cycling workout. Spinning classes include different rides designed by instructors. Each class will take you a visual bike ride, complete with music to keep you motivated. Class sizes are limited to 14 bikes. Pop in 30 minutes prior at the front desk; and don't forget to bring two water bottles and a towel.
Group Exercise classes are held in our open, airy studios, and taught by certified aerobics instructors who are guaranteed to keep you motivated and working.
Pop-In Pass:
$5 for members and $10 for residents.
-Stop at the front desk before the class, and pick up a number to take to class with you.
Flat Rate Pass:
$45 for members and $65 for residents in May.
$40 for members and $60 for residents in June and July.
$30 for members and $45 for residents in August.
-Pay one monthly fee, and attend any of the group exercise or Spinning classes! Just show your pass at the front desk, pick up a number, and take it to class to get in.
Seasonal Pass (May 1 - Aug. 31):
$130 for members and $220 for residents.
-Pay one fee for four months of access to classes, including holiday schedules. Just show your pass at the front desk, pick up a number, and take it to class to get in.

Spinning Studio
Passes or pop-ins must be paid for prior to attendance in any class.
Purchasing a pass does not guarantee you a bike for class.
Space is limited, bikes are available on a first come first served basis.
Show pass at front desk 30 minutes prior to class.
A number is required for entry into all classes.
No replacements for lost or stolen seasonal or flat rate passes.
Flat rate passes are only good for the month listed on the pass.
Seasonal and Flat rate passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
No refunds for unused classes.
Classes are subject to change, and may be cancelled due to low attendance.
