At the Westlake Recreation Department, we understand that the difference between a good swimmer and a great one often comes down to technique. That's why we offer our Swim Technique Tune-Up sessions – personalized coaching designed to refine your strokes and elevate your aquatic abilities.

Expert Coaching Tailored to You:

• Personalized Attention: Benefit from the expertise of a seasoned swim coach with over 30 years of experience. Our coach will assess your current swimming skills in a one-on-one setting, providing focused feedback and detailed attention.
• Customized Modifications: Whether you're looking to enhance your basic swimming skills such as rotary breathing or you're a competitive swimmer seeking to perfect your strokes, our coach will offer modifications, tips, and drills tailored just for you.
• Technique Transformation: Our coach will observe and analyze your swimming, offering corrections and techniques to help you swim more efficiently, effectively, and competitively.

Program Details:

• One-on-One Sessions: Each session is 30 minutes of dedicated one-on-one time, ensuring that you receive the individual attention necessary to make tangible improvements.
• Convenient Scheduling: Sessions are available on Sundays from 10:30 to 11:00 AM, or by appointment for flexibility to fit into your busy schedule. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.
• Dates: The program runs from September 10th to December 17th, the perfect time frame to prepare for swim season or to achieve personal fitness goals.
• Affordable Investment: At $15 for members and $20 for non-members per session, these tune-ups are a cost-effective way to significantly enhance your swimming technique.
