Civil Service Information

Firefighter/Paramedic
A Civil Service exam will be held on September 28, 2019, for an entry level position of Firefighter/Paramedic in the Westlake Fire Department. Application and further instructions are available on the city's website at www.cityofwestlake.org/Civil-Service where you can fill out the application on-line, print it, and bring it in person to city hall during the open period for accepting applications. Patrol Officer
A Civil Service exam will be held between October 25, 2019 and November 25, 2019, for an entry level position of Patrol Officer in the Westlake Police Department. Applications and further instructions may be obtained for National Testing Network at www.nationtestingnetwork.com starting October 25, 2019.
