Registration will remain open prior to the initial class date, until established class limits are reached or a deadline has been noted. Registrations will be accepted by mail, in person, by fax or online. No phone registrations will be accepted. Registrations will be processed on the date that they are received. Payment must accompany all registration forms.
Participants can log onto our secured website to register for the majority of our programs. For complete instructions on how to use our site, download our WebTrac Registration Instructions (PDF) document. To create a new household account online, please allow 24-48 hours to process. Westlake residents must provide proof of residency when making the request.
All Westlake Recreation Department programs, leagues, and activities are subject to change at any time. If courses have an insufficient number of participants registered, the course will be cancelled up to 3 days before the class is scheduled to begin. Registered participants will be contacted by phone regarding cancellations.
