Community Safety and Wellness Fair

NOTE: The 2020 Community Safety and Wellness Fair will not take place do to health concerns related to COVID-19.

It is a great opportunity for the whole family to learn how to increase personal safety and wellness through health screenings, demonstrations, and expertise from more than 70 exhibitors. Kids will love exploring emergency and service equipment in Touch-a-Truck and playing on the inflatables and many activities designed just for them. Explore below to learn more!

Blood Drive:
Donate blood to help save a life at the Vitalant bus, located outside of the Rec Center.

Food Drive:
Bring non-perishable, unexpired food for the Westlake Food Pantry and receive a special "thank you."  The donations will help the Senior and Community Services Department emergency food baskets to our neighbors experiencing financial difficulties, on average 63 households each month.

Ride Lolly the Trolley

To ensure that any emergency vehicle responding to a call can easily exit from Touch-a-Truck, cars will not be allowed to park along the drive from the entrances from Hilliard Blvd. or Center Ridge to the Rec Center.

Additional parking will be available at a nearby parking lot to be announced shortly. You’ll be able to hop aboard Lolly the Trolley for a fun and free ride to and from the lot to the Rec Center!
