Using a Yoga Mat, PiYo is a low impact high results workout that combines the best of Pilates and Yoga.  It uses the muscle-strengthening, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the overall body strength, flexibility, breathing techniques, and balance advantages of Yoga.  Restorative Chair Exercise for Chronic Pain 10:00. Using a chair, this class is for anyone, especially those suffering from chronic pain, arthritis and dealing with an illness or injury. Modifications are offered for all to enjoy. Gentle yoga exercises are designed to manage chronic pain by connecting mindful movements to breath that work to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
