The Westlake Community Services Center played host to the special birthday luncheon on April 28 for Westlake residents who have reached 90+ years old and live independently. The City was thrilled to be able to host this year's Over 90 Birthday celebration in-person after two years of social-distancing.
Mayor Dennis M. Clough once again signed proclamations for the more than 40 residents attended the event and 170 total for all residents who have reached this impressive milestone.
The Mayor and Community Services Director Lydia Gadd joined the attendees for a delicious meal prepared by Chef Garrett! Some attendees were accompanied by their adult children and had the opportunity to pose for photos with them, which can be viewed on the Westlake Community Services Facebook page.
