Westlake Police welcome Officer Andrew Posante

The City of Westlake welcomed Office Andrew Posante as the newest member of the Westlake Police Department with a swearing in ceremony on Aug. 4, 2022.

Westlake Mayor Dennis M. Clough administered the oath of office in front of Officer Posante's family and new coworkers in the Michael F. Killeen Council Chambers at City Hall. 

Andrew Posante swearing inPosante comes to Westlake from the Cleveland Police Department where he served as an officer for nine years before being promoted to Sergeant in November 2020. He is a 2011 graduate of Cleveland State University.
