The Service Department has leaf humus and wood chips available for purchase. Leaf humus is $10 per cubic yard and wood chips are $7 per cubic yard. Resident must first purchase the materials from City Hall, Monday thru Friday from 8 am-5 pm. After purchase, materials can be picked up from the Service Center, Monday thru Friday from 8 am-3:30 pm and Saturday (seasonal) from 8 am - 11:30 am.
The Service Department also delivers to Westlake residents. Delivery is $20 per truckload.
