Although home delivery (Westlake residents only) and Saturday pickup has ended for the year, you can still make your purchases at City Hall and then pickup at the Westlake Service Center.
The Center is open for pick-up, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (excluding legal holidays).
Note: Commercial companies can make pick-up purchases but are limited to 250 yards per month or 1,000 yards per season.
