The Rec Department has compiled several online fitness videos focusing on cardio, strength training, circuit training and more - many of which feature locally-based instructors. There are several yoga instructional videos demonstrating low-impact exercises that can be performed in the comfort of your own home and those are geared specifically toward seniors.
Staffers also have added fun kids activities to keep children occupied and engaged, including a variety of crafting instructional videos.
