Jason Dancy and Joshua Frey were sworn in as Lieutenant and Sergeant, respectively, on Thursday, Oct. 1 at City Hall.
Family, friends and colleagues were in attendance for the occasion as both officers were sworn in to their new positions by Mayor Dennis M. Clough.
The officers earned these promotions through their exemplary performance on the job and extensive testing and observation.
