Sealed Bids will be received by the Mayor of the City of Westlake, Cuyahoga County, Ohio at City Hall, 27700 Hilliard Blvd., Westlake, Ohio, 44145 until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time, Wednesday, November 9, 2022 for furnishing the “Fire Alarm System Upgrade” requirements for the City of Westlake, Ohio, according to Specifications on file in the Office of the Director of Purchasing.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at the Westlake Recreation Center to answer any questions for clarification of bid specifications. There will be no other appointments scheduled for site visits or questions.
Electronic Copies of the bid package may be obtained at no charge, and hard copies can be purchased for $20.00 (Twenty dollars). from the Office of the Director of Purchasing, City of Westlake, Ohio 27700 Hilliard Blvd., Westlake, Ohio, 44145. Legal Notice, Bid Specifications and Bid Proposal Form must be returned as received to the City of Westlake, Ohio, in a sealed envelope labeled for “Fire Alarm System Upgrade Bid”.
A certified check or Bid Bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount shall be required.
