| Bid form, instructions to bidders, specifications and legal notice shall be stapled together as received and returned in a sealed envelope marked “Parkside School Demolition Project”. Copies of the bid form, plans, and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Engineering, City Hall, 27700 Hilliard Boulevard, Westlake, Ohio 44145. A fee of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) will be required in advance for each composite set of plans and specifications. Said fee shall be in credit, cash, or check, made payable to the City of Westlake and is non-refundable.
