    Take Charge of Your Health is a self-management health program developed by Stanford University. People who have participated in this series of classes have seen an improvement in their healthful behaviors, health status and have decreased their stays in the hospital. They were the vanguard of some eight million who came to seek their fortune in the west. Many got rich, many went broke and many died. Come listen as presenter, Bob Wills, shares their stories.
