    Walking is great exercise at any pace, but did you know there are  other benefits to walking other than the fact that it’s simple and free? Now that the nicer weather is here, there’s no better time to start a new routine and walk your way to better health.  Did you know that walking: Promotes good physical health—walking can lower your risk of  Diabetes, Heart Disease and can improve pain from Arthritis. Promotes good mental health—walking regularly helps lower your risk of mental decline, including dementia. Allows social bonding and improves your mood.
