Looking for a little friendly competition under the sun? Outdoor bocce ball and shuffleboard are returning this May and will be available throughout the summer at the Community Services Center! These classic games offer a great way to stay active, enjoy fresh air, and connect with friends no experience necessary. Equipment is provided, and all skill levels are welcome. Stop by and make the most of the season with these timeless favorites!

Can’t make it in person to our Town Hall event today? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Starting at 12:50 PM, we’ll be streaming the panelist conversations through a Facebook Live event. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you tune in: 📱 On Mobile Devices -Open the Facebook app -Tap the blue "F" Facebook icon on your home screen. -Log in (if needed) -Enter your email or phone number and password, then tap Log In. -Find the event -Tap the magnifying glass 🔍 at the top of your screen. -Type Westlake Community Services. -Tap the correct result. -Look for the red “Live” label -If the video has started, you’ll see a red box that says Live. Tap it to watch. -Turn your phone sideways -This makes the video larger and easier to view. 💻 On a Desktop or Laptop -Go to www.facebook.com -Open your web browser (like Google Chrome or Safari) and type in www.facebook.com. -Log in to Facebook -Enter your email or phone number and password, then click Log In. -Search for the event -Click the search bar at the top of the page. -Type Westlake Community Services and press Enter. -Click on the correct page -This will take you to the official page for the event. -Look for the red “Live” button -If the event is live, you’ll see a red label that says Live. ETC—Engage, Thrive, Connect This six-month program is designed for adults 50+ seeking encouragement to stay active, build friendships, and engage socially. Whether you’re feeling isolated, facing health challenges, or just need motivation, this program can help. Participants meet every second Tuesday at 2 p.m. for activities and every fourth Friday at 11:30 a.m. for a luncheon. Thanks to a generous donation, this program is free.
