Rentals at the Clague Cabin are for City of Westlake Residents only.
All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.
Renter must be 21 years of age to rent the facilities.
Renter shall comply with all rules and regulations set forth in WCOD Chapters 941 and 943 while on City Property.
Cabin rental includes use of the covered patio, but excludes the use of all free-standing picnic shelters.
Set-Up and Clean-Up time is included in the contracted rental time.
The Renter must be present for the duration of the rental. If any damages occur, the renter will be held responsible and will be billed for any repairs that are required.
By order of the Westlake Fire Department, open flame is prohibited (i.e. table candles) with the exception of birthday candles and sterno’s.
The Renter shall remove any decorations or signs inside and out. No tape, nails, or tacks are to be used. No confetti or glitter is permitted. Weighted balloons and free-standing decorations are permitted.
Alcohol and Smoking/Vaping are not permitted in the cabin.
Profanity or unruly or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the facility and/or termination of the event. Renter and guests must adhere to all facility rules and regulations.
Any misrepresentation of the description, nature, type or size of the function shall cause the Renters rental agreement to become null and void at the opinion of the City of Westlake, and may preclude any future rentals of City facilities.
